POP!

So a few days ago I was driving around and decided to get a Slurpee. I pulled into 7-11 and noticed a kid starting to fill his bike tire with air. I turned and started moving some things around on the seat beside me to make room for my Slurpee and a snack if they had anything good. When I looked up I realised that the kid was STILL filling his tire.

I watched for a couple of seconds while thinking that he should stop before he broke the tire. He KEPT filling. I opened the truck door to tell the kid that he should stop adding air and...

POP!!!!!!

The entire world sounded like it exploded.

At this point I see the humor in the situation but I also think that it is sad that this kid has just broke his bike and I decide that the sad outweighs the funny.

I look at the kid who is staring back at me with a shocked look on his face. I said "I think you put to much air in the tire." He just looked at me and said...

"NOT AGAIN!!!"

I bit my tongue and walked away so that I didn't laugh in his face. That is a mistake you make once in your life. It should NEVER be something you do twice.

Then I went into 7-11 and had to stop the clerks from calling the police. Apparently it was even louder than I described.
